Winter Abstracts
Winter's monochromatic palette serves as a rich source of inspiration. The limited color range allows me to focus more on the interplay of light, texture, and form, resulting in captivating visual compositions. The various shades of whites, grays, and blues found in winter landscapes along with the prism effect of colors in snow and ice are explored and manipulated to create intriguing abstract patterns and shapes in my art. I use different techniques, such as blending, layering, and creating textures, to add depth and complexity to my work. The subtle abstractions derived from winter's monochromatic palette evoke a sense of calmness, serenity, and introspection, offering viewers a unique and contemplative experience.
